Clarity and courage for what’s next

About Beco
I’m Beco Lichtman, a speaker and facilitator who helps leaders, teams, and high-capacity people navigate the moments when old ways of working no longer deliver what they once did. For more than fifteen years, I’ve guided organizations through transition — not just the strategic side, but the human side, where truth, tension, and realignment live.
My work is grounded in what is call transition intelligence:
the human clarity required to move through inflection points with purpose, alignment, and intention.
Before building The Art of What Now, I spent years working with leaders and teams navigating pressure, growth, disruption, and internal shifts. Over time, I became less interested in the plans themselves and more drawn to the deeper forces that shape how people lead, decide, and move through change.
I saw the same pattern everywhere:
Even the most capable leaders struggle when what used to work stops working.
And even the strongest teams lose alignment when the ground shifts beneath them.
What they needed wasn’t more strategy.
They needed clarity — honest, grounded, human clarity — about what was changing and what needed to happen next.
That realization became The Art of What Now.
My path mirrors the work I do. I’ve lived and worked across the U.S. and Europe, moved through multiple reinventions, and eventually built a life in France. Those experiences taught me that clarity doesn’t come from control; it comes from the courage to see things as they are and move forward from there.
Today, whether I’m standing on a stage or sitting with a leadership team, my goal is the same:
to create the conditions for people to understand what’s shifting, reconnect with what matters, and take the next grounded step.
Honest clarity.
Real alignment.
Forward motion.
That’s the heart of what I do.
